Muhammad Arif

Founder & Managing Director
Orzyn Accounting L.L.C | Dubai, UAE

At Orzyn we believe accounting should do more than meet compliance needs. It should create value, drive growth, and give business owners peace of mind. That is the philosophy Muhammad Arif, our Founder and Managing Director, brings to every client relationship.

With more than 30 years of international experience in financial leadership, Muhammad Arif has guided companies across SaaS, construction, eCommerce, and non profit sectors. He helped them navigate complexity, stay compliant, and make confident decisions. His deep understanding of UAE and international tax laws, IFRS standards, and digital finance solutions enabled clients to streamline operations, maximize profitability, and reduce risk.

Before founding Orzyn, Muhammad Arif served as Head of Finance and Governance at Jaggaer, a leading SaaS provider. There he played a key role in scaling recurring revenue, strengthening client retention, and expanding operations into KSA, Qatar, Morocco, and Turkey while maintaining rigorous compliance with tax and audit standards. He has also held senior finance roles with Dubai World companies and the British Council, where he oversaw multi country operations, complex ERP transitions, and successful audits across the Middle East.

What sets Muhammad Arif apart is his practical and results driven approach. Whether working with a startup that needs accounting support or an established enterprise facing regulatory change, he partners closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions. From VAT and Corporate Tax compliance to strategic advisory, including Blue Ocean Strategy applications for growth and differentiation, and cloud ERP implementation, his mission is to simplify complexity so businesses can focus on what matters most: growth.

Hassan is the driving force behind Orzyn’s vision. While the firm is rooted in precision and compliance, his focus is on building Orzyn into something far greater: a brand that redefines how businesses experience finance in Dubai and beyond.

With a background in law and early experience at a UK law firm, Hasan developed a sharp sense of discipline, leadership, and problem solving. He holds an LLB from the University of Essex, where he built the foundation for his approach to business and strategy.

At Orzyn, Hasan focuses on scaling the firm into something that feels different — more human, more forward looking, and more alive. He champions bold ideas, challenges convention, and ensures that every client interaction reflects the clarity, confidence, and ambition the brand was created to deliver.
